I was once at your place too. Being in a toxic marriage with a partner, who never valued me as a person (which includes my education, skills, efforts everything I did) and it left me anxious for a long time.
My doctorate degree was compared to a ‘Tissue paper’, I was told ‘No Free Lunch‘ I had to earn money, if I wanted lunch, constantly being compared with others. I was addressed as a burden, who was worth nothing. All this trauma made me anxious, and health issues started entering my life.
It was then I realized that I deserved better, and I embarked on a journey of self-transformation to break free from this toxic environment. Through this journey, I regained my confidence, revalued myself, and reclaimed control over my life.
This was when I took my self-transformation journey, where I regained my confidence, started valuing myself again and most of all, made my life according to my goals.
My mission is to help and guide women like me, who are still struggling to come out of toxic relationships, work environments or any place that makes them feel hopeless and undervalued.

As a corporate professional turned coach, I’ve witnessed firsthand the struggles that women face in their quest to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities. In the relentless pursuit of managing careers, families, relationships, and personal aspirations, we find ourselves losing sight of our own needs and desires. When I was myself going through a lot of ups and down in my marriage, I realized that this was not the life I wanted to lead, and I took the step to change.
From a young age, I felt a strong desire to help women who were going through these challenges. I saw my family members, friends, and then others dealing with these struggles.
This sparked a profound calling within me to make a difference and guide women towards a life of fulfillment and clarity. My journey from a corporate environment to becoming a coach for women seeking clarity has been shaped by these experiences.
My mission is rooted in empowering women to rediscover their inner strength, regain clarity amidst chaos, and lead lives that align with their authentic selves. Through coaching, I aim to provide a nurturing space where women can embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
